Emaar Malls, the Emaar Properties subsidiary, owns and operates the property as the commercial anchor for the 2,200-hectare Dubai Hills Estate masterplan, a Meraas-Emaar joint development that will eventually house approximately 55,000 residential units across villas, townhouses, and apartments surrounding an 18-hole championship golf course.
