Method

Where the maps come from

Our own drawing

Every map is drawn by Malls.com from the center's layout. Buildings, streets and parking come from OpenStreetMap.

Checked store positions

Store positions and floors are checked against the center's own directory and store pages. A store appears on the map only when its location is confirmed.

Kept up to date

The map reads the same records as the store directory, so openings and closings reach the map together with the directory.

Questions

Questions about the maps

What is a directory map?

A plan of the shopping center with its stores on it. On Malls.com it is linked to the store directory: tap a store to see its floor, its neighbours and the way to it.

Is the map free?

Yes. The maps and the store directory are free to use.

Who makes the maps?

Malls.com draws them. Buildings and streets come from OpenStreetMap contributors; store positions are checked against the center's own sources.

A store on the map is wrong. How do I report it?

Use the request form on this page or the correction link on the center's page. Corrections are free.

My center has no map yet. Can I request one?

Yes. Send the center's name through the request form. A current floor plan or a link to the official directory speeds it up.

For shoppers
