A two-level shopping and entertainment center will cover an area of 185,000 square meters.
A new mall is opening in Dubai, a project by Emaar Properties. Located between Downtown and Dubai Marina, the complex follows sustainable development principles.
The total floor area of the two-level shopping and entertainment center will be about 185,000 square meters. Tenants include the grocery hypermarket chain Geant, a modern shopping gallery with international brands, catering facilities, and entertainment operators, including the Roxy Cinemas cinema and a concept family amusement park. For thrill-seekers, there is a roller coaster operator, Storm coaster.
It is located on a site that is easily accessible to residents of the city center and neighboring areas. Dubai Hills Mall parking will have enough space for 7,000 cars. In addition to the mall, a central park features basketball courts, volleyball courts, a skate park, walking and cycling paths, and a golf club.
