Aventura Mall pairs a full luxury roster with a permanent art collection on Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The operator counts more than 300 retailers, five department stores and more than 50 restaurants and eateries, and puts more than 25 museum-caliber works in the Arts Aventura Mall collection.
Carsten Höller’s Aventura Slide Tower stands 93 feet in the expansion wing that opened in December 2017. Gorillas in the Mist by The Haas Brothers sits on the lower level and Robert Indiana’s LOVE sculpture on the upper level, with the rest of the collection catalogued across three levels of the building.
Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and JCPenney hold department store space among the five the operator counts. Apple trades over two levels in the expansion wing beside the slide tower, in a Foster and Partners design that the mall describes as carrying an amphitheater and an indoor-outdoor Genius Grove.
Dior, Prada, Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Fendi, Givenchy, Burberry, BVLGARI, Saint Laurent, Tiffany and Co. and Valentino run the luxury line, with Chanel trading as a Fragrance and Beauty Boutique rather than a full-line store. Aritzia, Anthropologie, Alo Yoga, Nike, SKIMS and a two-level Zara carry the contemporary and volume end, and a 30,000 square foot Eataly opened its first Florida location here in June 2025.
The leasing cycle since then has run to first stores rather than replacements. Google opened its first Florida store in the property, Revolve took its third in the United States in May 2026, and Bershka opened its first permanent United States store here on 11 August 2026 across 800 square meters. Uniqlo follows in late 2026 in the former Urban Outfitters space, and Celine opens in October 2026 among six fragrance boutiques arriving during the year.
Turnberry manages the property and holds two thirds of it, with Simon Property Group at 33.3 percent. The centre carries 2.7 million square feet of leasable area at 19501 Biscayne Boulevard, reached from both Miami-Dade and Broward counties, and the operator puts the trade area at a radius of more than 50 miles. Brightline’s Aventura station opened in December 2022 across Biscayne Boulevard, and a pedestrian bridge between the station and the mall entered construction in 2025, which the mall called a key step in improving access between the two.
