Willowbrook Mall refilled its largest vacant box with two tenants rather than one. Round1 opened in part of the former Sears building on 20 December 2025, and Primark took nearly 30,000 square feet of selling space in the same structure, trading from 16 July 2026 as the retailer’s seventh Texas store and its 43rd in the United States.
Brookfield Properties operates the centre at 2000 Willowbrook Mall in north-west Houston, where State Highway 249 meets FM 1960. It opened on 23 September 1981 and was renovated in 1992.
Dillard’s, Macy’s and JCPenney trade as full-line department stores, with Macy’s Backstage inside the Macy’s box. Nordstrom Rack trades from 8000 Willowbrook Mall on the same site, which puts two off-price department store formats on the property alongside the three full-line ones.
Zara, Apple, Sephora, H&M, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, Aerie, Aéropostale, JD Sports, Old Navy and Lids fill the inline levels. Jewellery has a deep representation, including Pandora, Swarovski, Kay Jewelers, Zales, Gordon’s Jewelers and Helzberg alongside independent operators, with Sunglass Hut in accessories.
Quick options include Chick-fil-A, Sarku Japan and SUBWAY.
