Among the enclosed super-regional malls in the South Denver and Douglas County corridor, Park Meadows in Lone Tree holds the premier property position for the Douglas County, Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, and Lone Tree household base, serving as the default comparison-shopping and full-service dining destination for the south Denver metro’s most demographically affluent residential tier. The 1.58 million square foot property at Lincoln Avenue and RidgeGate Parkway competes upmarket from the Denver Premium Outlets to the north and separates itself from the Colorado Mills outlet-adjacent format in Lakewood through a full-price department store configuration anchored by Nordstrom, Macy’s, and JCPenney and a food and beverage depth that converts the property into a dining destination as much as a retail one.
Fogo de Chão, Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille, and Yard House anchor the premium and casual full-service dining component that supports the evening economy from the Douglas County professional household. P.F. Chang’s and Shake Shack sustain the accessible full-service and fast-casual dining occasions. Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, and Williams-Sonoma anchor the home and entertaining goods category. John Atencio Jewelers, the Denver-founded fine jeweler, operates at Park Meadows as part of the property’s Colorado retail identity alongside Rocky Mountain Soap Market, Orvis, and the natural and wellness retail that the Douglas County household’s outdoor orientation supports.
The DTC-to-physical fashion register draws L.L. Bean, Vuori, TravisMathew, Fabletics, Evereve, Free People, and Psycho Bunny alongside Madewell, Tommy Bahama, and Johnny Was. lululemon, Orvis, and FP Movement anchor the activewear and outdoor lifestyle categories. Sandbox VR anchors the entertainment occasion. For expansion teams evaluating the South Denver and Douglas County market, Park Meadows provides the primary enclosed Class A access to a trade area household income profile that consistently ranks above both the Denver metro and Colorado state medians, positioning the property above any competing south Denver retail format in both demographic quality and brand co-tenancy depth.
Sit-down dining at the property includes Fogo de Chão, California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang's, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, The Cheesecake Factory and Yard House. Quick options include Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Panda Express, Popeyes and Shake Shack.
Other attractions at the property include Sandbox VR.
