Les Quatre Temps

Westfield Les Quatre Temps occupies approximately 140,000 sqm of retail space in La Défense, one of Europe’s largest business districts on Paris’s western axis. The centre serves two distinct demand streams: the residential population of the western suburbs and the daily working population of La Défense’s tower district, a combination that produces a catchment dynamic unlike most French regional malls.

The commercial offer reflects that dual base. Sportswear and footwear are covered by Nike, New Balance, Foot Locker, Intersport and Courir. Mid-market fashion includes Mango, Levi’s, Etam, C&A and Izac, while Maje sits at the contemporary premium end alongside Lancel and Mauboussin. At the premium end, Lancel and Mauboussin hold accessories and jewellery positions, L’Occitane en Provence covers beauty, and Apple operates an Apple Store. Kiko Milano and MAC Cosmetics add specialist cosmetics stores. Auchan anchors the hypermarket offer across multiple levels, while a Monoprix in the adjoining CNIT provides grocery and convenience retail. Cultura provides a large-format books, music and leisure destination. Gérard Darel and Cyrillus serve the French contemporary fashion segment.

The centre sits directly above the RER A and La Défense Grande Arche stations, with additional tram and bus connections serving the broader Hauts-de-Seine catchment. This infrastructure gives the centre strong public transport reach across the western Île-de-France. The centre was rebranded as Westfield Les 4 Temps on 12 September 2019, following Unibail-Rodamco’s 2018 merger with Westfield Corporation. Weekday trade is weighted toward the office catchment; weekend trade draws from Yvelines, Hauts-de-Seine and the western Paris arrondissements.

Les Quatre Temps ranks among France’s largest regional shopping centres by scale and footfall, anchoring retail for both La Défense’s office population and the western Greater Paris market.
