The format combines an Auchan hypermarket anchor of approximately 18,000 sqm with extensive fashion volume across the retail floors, alongside the Leroy Merlin DIY anchor and the Empik media and books anchor that together define the principal anchor register. The 20-screen Cinema City multiplex anchors the entertainment component, with Inditex group flagships including Zara, Massimo Dutti, and Bershka alongside C&A, Mango, Calzedonia, Benetton, and the Polish CCC and Reserved fashion houses featuring in the contemporary register.
The catchment combines the dense southern Kraków residential demographic across the Podgórze Duchackie, Łagiewniki, and Borek Fałęcki districts with the broader Kraków metropolitan area of approximately 1.4 million residents. The site’s position at the intersection of the Kamieńskiego and Puszkarska arteries provides direct accessibility from the central Kraków residential stock and the southern motorway approach, with tram routes 11, 23, and 50 serving the immediate Bonarka stop alongside approximately 3,200 parking spaces handling the regional motorised catchment.
