Mohito is the women’s contemporary fashion banner inside LPP SA, the Polish apparel group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and majority-controlled by founder Marek Piechocki through the Semper Simul Foundation. The LPP portfolio also includes Reserved, Cropp, House, and the high-growth value-fashion banner Sinsay.
Founded in 2008, Mohito occupies the contemporary women’s fashion segment positioned between Reserved (mainstream premium fashion) and the more youth-oriented Cropp and House banners. The brand targets women aged 20 to 35 with a fashion-forward, occasion-and-office-friendly product assortment combining tailored pieces, dresses, knitwear, and accessories at accessible price points. LPP group revenue reached approximately €4.7 billion in fiscal year 2024 (ended January 2025), with Mohito contributing a meaningful share alongside the fast-growing Sinsay and the flagship Reserved. The group employs more than 40,000 people. LPP exited the Russian market in 2022, divesting Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay operations following the invasion of Ukraine. Founder Marek Piechocki retains majority control through the Semper Simul Foundation, the governance vehicle established to ensure long-term family stewardship of the LPP holding.
Mohito operates approximately 280 stores globally, with the largest concentrations in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania, Germany, the Balkans, and the Middle East through franchised partnerships. The brand’s distribution combines wholly owned retail in core LPP markets with franchised stores in international expansion markets. For mall operators, Mohito is a Class A and Class B+ specialty tenant typically taking 400 to 800 square meters, fitting the contemporary women’s cluster alongside Reserved, Camaïeu’s successor concepts, and similar segment competitors. The LPP group co-tenancy package (Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Mohito) is increasingly leased together in Central European regional centers, with landlords negotiating multi-banner packages from the Gdańsk-based group.
