The adjacent Brent Cross Town masterplan development is progressively adding residential, office, and new retail uses to transform the wider site into a mixed-use urban district.
The North London catchment extends from Camden in the south through Finchley and East Barnet to the M25 communities of Watford and St Albans in the north, housing approximately 1.5 million residents within a 20-minute drive or transit journey. The Brent Cross tube station provides direct Northern line access to Central London.

The Brent Cross Town development adjacent to the original centre represents the most substantial investment in the property since opening, layering a mixed-use urban district onto what was previously a purely retail and parking site.
