A fashion-led specialty center inside a central business district is a rare format in Israel, and TLV Fashion Mall (קניון TLV) is built on it. The center is the retail component of the redevelopment of Tel Aviv’s former wholesale market, between Hashmonaim, Carlebach and Menachem Begin streets, with residential towers above it and no department store or cinema to carry the traffic.
Blue Square Real Estate and the Gindi family developed the project jointly, Blue Square holding half and Gindi interests the rest, and it began trading on 23 March 2017 as Gindi TLV Fashion Mall. Blue Square bought out the Gindi side in 2019 and dropped the prefix, while Israeli business directories still list the address under the Gindi name.
Dior anchors the luxury fashion end and CHANEL operates a dedicated fragrance and beauty boutique. BOSS, Michael Kors, Pinko, Vilebrequin, Bimba y Lola and Longchamp sit alongside them, Inditex trades Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius and Zara Home in the scheme, and beauty has a substantial presence through Guerlain, Clinique, Jo Malone London and Kiehl’s. A Carrefour supermarket covers the daily shop.
The location places the center inside one of Tel Aviv’s densest mixed-use districts, between Sarona, the HaKirya complex, the Azrieli office towers and a large resident population. Trading runs Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 21:30 and Friday to 15:30, reopening only after Shabbat ends. That setting gives the center a more urban catchment than the residentially anchored Ramat Aviv mall to the north.
