The pending addition of Von Maur alongside the existing L.L. Bean reflects a repositioning strategy addressing both the department-store and outdoor lifestyle segments of the Monmouth County consumer once the anchor opens, differentiating the property from the conventional mid-tier anchor configuration of comparable New Jersey regional malls.
