The Gate Mall is a six-level shopping center in Egaila, in Kuwait’s Al Ahmadi Governorate. It opened in 2014, is owned by Shuwaikh Gate Holding and is managed by Mudon Ahlia Real Estate. Mudon reports 275 shops, a built-up area of 65,250 square meters and 40,620 square meters of leasable space.
The levels run from the Basement to the 2nd Floor. Zara is on the Ground level, H&M is listed on both the Ground and Mezzanine levels, and Sephora is in the Basement. Fun City and Kidztopia form the family entertainment area on the 1st Floor, while the 2nd Floor holds sit-down restaurants such as TGI Fridays and Chili’s alongside spa operators.
Sultan opened a 2,000-square-meter supermarket at the mall in October 2025, its 52nd store in Kuwait. International fashion retailers such as Bershka, Stradivarius, Lefties and American Eagle sit alongside a large group of regional perfume houses, including Arabian Oud, Abdul Samad Al Qurashi, Ajmal and Rasasi.
