The Boulevard Mall is owned by the General Growth Properties The mall is a single story, enclosed, super regional mall with 1,180,000 sq ft (110,000 m2) of lease-able retail space. The mall has 140 stores and 3 anchor stores.
The mall opened in 1968, making it the oldest mall in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was last renovated in 1992. It kept the title of The Largest Mall in Southern Nevada until The Fashion Show Mall’s renovation in 2003.
There is a time capsule buried in front of the mall to be opened 100 years after it was buried.
