Four simultaneously active department stores give Perimeter Mall one of the strongest co-tenancy configurations among enclosed super-regional malls in the southeastern United States. At the convergence of I-285 and GA-400 adjacent to the Perimeter Center business district in Dunwoody, Georgia, the property anchors the North Atlanta suburban luxury and premium mid-market with Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dillard’s, and Von Maur serving distinct segments of the same consumer base. Von Maur’s presence carries the most commercially significant leasing signal: the Davenport, Iowa-based department store entered the Atlanta market through Perimeter Mall, confirming the property’s position as the qualifying address for premium department store expansion in the southeastern market.
The dining component supports a full-day visit economy anchored by The Capital Grille, which serves the Perimeter Center corporate population as both a lunch and business dining destination. Maggiano’s Little Italy, The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s, Shake Shack, Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar, and Buffalo Wild Wings collectively sustain the evening dining occasion. Aveda, Sephora, MAC Cosmetics, L’Occitane, Lush, and Woodhouse Spa anchor the prestige beauty and wellness occasion, with Woodhouse operating a full-service day spa within the mall footprint.
The fitness and active lifestyle retail signal at Perimeter Mall is the strongest of any Atlanta super-regional: Peloton, Tonal, lululemon, Fit2Run, and JD Sports collectively confirm the Dunwoody-Sandy Springs consumer’s premium fitness and activewear orientation at a depth that competing Atlanta enclosed malls do not match. Anthropologie, Madewell, Zara, Urban Outfitters, Evereve, Psycho Bunny, and Mango anchor the contemporary fashion register at the DTC-to-physical and premium accessible tier. BOSS occupies the accessible luxury position alongside the multi-anchor department store offering.
For expansion teams evaluating the North Atlanta premium market, Perimeter Mall’s four-anchor configuration, corporate-district adjacency, and fitness-retail depth define the co-tenancy standard for Dunwoody and the GA-400 corridor. The I-285/GA-400 interchange gives the property vehicle access from the full North Atlanta residential grid spanning Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and Tucker, making Perimeter Mall the default comparison-shopping address for the North Atlanta professional household.
