Belk, Dillard’s, and JCPenney anchor Hanes Mall on Silas Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the largest enclosed regional mall in the Piedmont Triad, as a three-anchor department store platform for the Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point household across the Triad’s textile and tobacco industry heritage market. Dave and Buster’s anchors the entertainment and casual dining floor. Club Champion Golf, the premium custom club fitting studio, serves the Winston-Salem household’s golf participation culture with a specialist retail identity not found in standard sporting goods formats. Simply Southern, the Charlotte-founded Southern lifestyle brand, and Palmetto Moon, the South Carolina-founded coastal lifestyle retailer, cover the Southeastern regional fashion identity specific to the Carolinas market.
DTLR anchors the urban streetwear and licensed athletic fashion floor. Sephora and Bath and Body Works cover prestige and accessible beauty. Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports, Finish Line, and SNIPES form a comprehensive athletic footwear and streetwear floor whose depth reflects the Winston-Salem household’s sustained demand for the category. H&M, American Eagle, Hollister, Victoria’s Secret, and Altar’d State cover the accessible fashion floor. Texas Roadhouse, BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, Olive Garden, and Red Robin anchor the full-service casual dining row; Golden Corral serves the family buffet occasion; Chick-fil-A the quick-service floor.
