Grand’Place (Grenoble)

The Grand’Place regional shopping centre is located in Grenoble. This well-performing regional shopping centre with 94,100 m² GLA is wholly owned by Corio. The car park is beneath the centre.
This major retail, leisure and conference destination is situated next to the Alpexp exhibition centre and theatre.
The mall consist of two parts, Grand Place shopping mall and Carrefour hypermarket. About 120 brand stores are situated i the mall including well known brands such as Fnac, H&M, Go Sport, Darty, Mc Donald’s, Casa, Sephora, Disney store, Orchestra, Nature et Découvertes, Zara, Esprit, Berchka, New look, New Yorker, etc.

Description of the location and accessibility

This major regional shopping centre is situated 4 km to the south of Grenoble city centre, close to the point where avenue Jean Jaurès (D5) joins the urban ring road. Apart from excellent road access, the centre benefits from excellent public transport with a tram station giving direct access to the shopping centre.
