Italian brand Moncler opens a unique store on the ski resort of Crans-Monana.

Italian brand Moncler, specializing in ready-to-wear outerwear, opens a unique store on the ski resort of Crans-Monana in the Swiss canton of Valais, northeast of the city of Sion. The Moncler Grenoble pop-up store, created literally atop the mountain, marks the launch of the brand’s new Fall/Winter 2022 season collection.

The brand chose the area at the Chetzeron Hotel to open the temporary retail space on the slope of the Bernese Alps. The store is located at an altitude of 2,112 meters above sea level and has the best views of the nearby peaks of the Alps.

The range of products in the store is aimed at skiers and mountain climbers, among others. The sale includes collections of ski clothing, snowshoes, watches, thermos, skis, and helmets. On the roof of the store are sculptures of skiers in silver tones. The interior uses minimalism, and the space is filled with plenty of natural light.
