Arcades

Les Arcades is the principal enclosed shopping centre for Noisy-le-Grand, in the Seine-Saint-Denis, approximately 20 kilometres east of central Paris at the confluence of the Marne and the A4 motorway. The centre serves the Noisy-le-Grand residential catchment — one of the larger eastern Paris new-town communes — with Carrefour anchoring the grocery component. UGC Ciné Cité Noisy-le-Grand operates a cinema in the scheme.

Fnac covers electronics and media. Zara, Bershka, Lacoste, JACK & JONES, Kiabi, Promod and undiz cover fashion across mid-market and accessible price points. Foot Locker, JD Sports and GO Sport serve the sportswear category. Sephora, Kiko Milano and Marionnaud cover beauty alongside Yves Rocher. Swarovski covers jewellery. Waffle Factory serves food and beverage.

The centre is served by RER A at Noisy-le-Grand–Mont d’Est, a major station on the eastern RER A corridor. This makes Les Arcades among the better-served enclosed malls by public transport on the eastern Paris axis. Bus connections extend reach into the surrounding communes of Lognes and Noisiel.

Fnac, UGC and JD Sports together give the scheme a clear electronics, entertainment and sportswear identity alongside the standard fashion and grocery mix. The RER A access means Noisy-le-Grand draws from commuters on the eastern Île-de-France network as well as from the immediate residential catchment, supporting consistent weekday footfall beyond the residential baseline.
