About Pandora

The largest jewelry brand in the world by volume, Pandora A/S is the Danish jewelry company listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen and headquartered in Copenhagen, where the brand was founded in 1982 by goldsmith Per Enevoldsen and his wife Winnie Enevoldsen as a small shop on Nørrebrogade. The brand grew progressively from importing Thai-manufactured jewelry into one of the most globally distributed jewelry concepts of the past four decades, with the introduction of the customizable Moments charm bracelet in 2000 becoming the defining product platform that anchored its global expansion.

Pandora completed its Nasdaq Copenhagen initial public offering in October 2010, with the Enevoldsen family progressively exiting their direct equity holding through subsequent transactions. The company has no controlling shareholder and operates with a broad institutional and retail shareholder base. Pandora reported total revenue of DKK 31.7 billion (approximately €4.3 billion) in 2024, up 13% organically year-over-year, marking the strongest organic growth among major global jewelry companies. EBIT margin reached 25.6%, with the company on track against the Phenomenal Performance 2026 strategic plan targeting DKK 35 billion in revenue and continued margin expansion by fiscal 2026. CEO Alexander Lacik has led the company since 2019, leading the multi-year brand rebuild that repositioned Pandora from a primarily charm-bracelet brand into a full-jewelry house spanning rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and the recently launched Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds collection (launched in the United Kingdom in 2021, expanded to the United States in 2022, and rolled out globally through 2023 and 2024). Manufacturing remains concentrated in Pandora’s vertically integrated facilities in Thailand, where the brand produces the substantial majority of its jewelry under documented sustainability and ethical-sourcing programs. The Pandora ME concept (launched 2021) targets younger consumers with a layered modular jewelry program distinct from the core Moments platform.

Pandora operates more than 2,500 concept stores globally, supplemented by approximately 6,000 additional points of sale through shop-in-shop placements, multi-brand jewelry retailers, department store concessions, travel retail, and a substantial e-commerce business across more than 100 markets. The strongest markets include the United States (the largest single market by revenue), the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, France, China, Australia, and Mexico. The regional headquarters for Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East is based in Warsaw, Poland, managing approximately 25 markets across the broader region. The typical Pandora concept store occupies 60 to 150 square meters, with formats emphasizing the brand’s signature white-and-gold visual identity, the personalization-and-engraving service infrastructure that supports the gifting positioning, and clear product-category segmentation across charms, rings, necklaces, and the lab-grown diamonds line. For mall operators, Pandora is a Class A specialty jewelry anchor for regional and super-regional centers globally, typically positioned in the accessories-and-jewelry cluster adjacent to Swarovski, Tiffany & Co. (where Class A positioning permits), Thomas Sabo, and similar mainstream-and-premium jewelry brands. The continued global expansion cadence and strong sales-per-square-foot economics make Pandora one of the most actively pursued tenants in the jewelry-and-accessories category.
