The Twin Cities has a new shopping destination – the grand opening of Twin Cities Premium Outlets has happened.

Within its first hour of opening, some of the shoppers, such as Mr. Barts had purchased 21 pairs of sneakers for his family at the Nike store, at greatly reduced prices. Other shoppers obtained bargains, such as a Coach rain coat which normally goes for $398, for $190. Residents of Eagan are excited about having a shopping mall within easy reach, but not as busy as Mall of America. People experience parking problems at Mall of America and it is always crowded.
There will be several in-store and mall events where shoppers can win prizes and where special events will be happening. The new mall is owned by the same company as the outlet mall based in Albertville.
