Macy’s, JCPenney, Kohl’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods anchor Tippecanoe Mall at 2415 Sagamore Parkway South in Lafayette, Indiana, and Simon designates JCPenney specifically as the north end anchor. Simon also elevates H&M among the property’s key tenants without giving it anchor status. The operator reports more than 100 specialty stores and over 4,300 parking spaces in a climate controlled enclosed format positioned between State Road 38 and State Road 52.

Access is built around Interstate 65 exit 168, which places the center 55 miles from Indianapolis by the operator’s own driving directions, and Simon’s directions page uses the Purdue Memorial Union as its third listed origin point. Macy’s Backstage operates inside the Macy’s box and Sephora operates inside Kohl’s, so two of the four anchors carry a second retail format within their own footprints.

The specialty floor holds the national mall standard: Bath and Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle, Hollister, Buckle, Aeropostale, Tillys, Hot Topic, Torrid, Maurices, Old Navy, Journeys, JD Sports, Rack Room Shoes, Lids, Claire’s, Icing, Pandora, Kay Jewelers, Zales, GameStop, Spencer’s and Zumiez. Beneath it runs a regional and smaller-chain layer of unusual depth. Englin’s Fine Footwear is an Indiana family chain rather than a single store, Rogers and Hollands is a multi-state jeweller rather than a local independent, and Mosser Florsheim Shoes, J.L. Hufford Coffee and Tea, Barton’s Home Outlet, The Suit CO., The Dress Collection and Little Green Apple Hallmark fill inline space alongside the national tenants.

That layer is what distinguishes the inline mix. National chains are present throughout; what sets the center apart is the number of Indiana and regional operators trading beside them across footwear, jewelry, menswear, formalwear, home and food. Malibu Jacks supplies the entertainment component, and Texas Roadhouse, Applebee’s, Panda Express, El Charro and the food court cover dining across price points. VIP, a streetwear store Simon lists next to J.L. Hufford Coffee, is an independent apparel tenant trading beside Hollister and Buckle.
