Summit Mall

Akron Ohio’s premier shopping destination, Summit Mall is conveniently located 1.5 miles from I-77. Summit Mall serves the residents of Akron, as well as Summit, Portage, Medina and Cuyahoga Counties.

Built in 1965 by Edward J. DeBartolo, Sr.’s DeBartolo Corporation Summit Mall today is owned by Simon Property Group. The mall is anchored by: Macy’s and Dillard’s department stores. Summit Mall has 125 specialty shops including: Pandora, J Crew and Sephora. 

There are three quality sit-down restaurants: Cucina Italiana, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, The Rail as well as a number of fast food eateries. The mall has recently added a children’s play area as well as new shops including: Teavana, PINK, and Brighton Collectibles.
