St. Clair Square opened in 1974 and holds about 1.07 million square feet at 134 St. Clair Square in Fairview Heights, on the Illinois side of the St. Louis metropolitan area. CBL Properties operates the center. Dillard’s, JCPenney and Macy’s anchor it, with Macy’s Backstage trading inside the Macy’s box.
Jewelry forms one of the clearest specialty clusters at the property. Four Signet banners trade here at once: Kay Jewelers, Zales, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry and Banter by Piercing Pagoda. Helzberg Diamonds and Rogers & Hollands, a family-owned chain with more than 70 U.S. locations, deepen the cluster, with Pandora, Infinity Jewels, Jewelry Shoppe and Gold & Gifts adding more specialty jewelry.
Another strong cluster combines athletic footwear and licensed team merchandise, with Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, JD Sports, City Gear, Lids, Locker Room by Lids, Pro Image Sports and Rally House. Apparel spans H&M, American Eagle, Aerie, Hollister Co., PacSun and Buckle at the youth-oriented end, with LOFT, Talbots, Chico’s, White House Black Market, maurices and Lane Bryant in women’s apparel. CBL also carries PINK by Victoria’s Secret and White Barn as distinct directory records alongside their parent concepts.
The tenant mix extends beyond conventional mall retail. Oak Street Health operates a primary care office, Sherwin-Williams sells paint, and Massage LuXe, Pure Natur Aveda, Evergreen Beauty and Threading and Exquisite Touch Barbershop cover personal services. Smaller specialty concepts include Doghouse Greek Apparel, Luxmen, House of Swag and Binford Girls Boutique, while Takozz, Mango Thai, Tasty Bowls, One Gyro and Cutea Bubble Tea broaden the food offer. Barnes & Noble, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Slackers, Vintage Stock, Action Time Bungee and Putt Quest extend the mix into books, collectibles and entertainment.
