Lawrence Township, Mercer County, New Jersey, positioned between Trenton to the south and Princeton to the north on Route 1, places Quaker Bridge Mall as the primary enclosed regional mall for the central New Jersey consumer base that falls between the King of Prussia retail corridor to the southwest and the New Brunswick and Woodbridge mall cluster to the northeast. The 1.08 million square foot property serves the Mercer County, Hamilton, West Windsor, and Lawrence Township residential base on a trade area whose professional household income reflects the research, pharmaceutical, and state government employment concentration that defines the Route 1 corridor catchment.
Macy’s and JCPenney anchor the department store tier. Apple serves the technology retail occasion. Sephora, Bath and Body Works, and Lush serve the prestige and accessible beauty categories. The Cheesecake Factory anchors the full-service dining occasion. KPOT, the Korean barbecue hot pot format, serves the Asian dining occasion alongside Ramen Nagomi and Ruby Thai Kitchen , a pan-Asian dining cluster that reflects the Princeton-adjacent research and university consumer profile. POP MART serves the collectibles and youth culture retail position. Coach and Michael Kors occupy the accessible luxury accessories positions.
The fashion register covers the mid-market range: American Eagle, Ann Taylor, H&M, Hollister, Journeys, LOFT, Lucky Brand, Old Navy, PacSun, Vans, Victoria’s Secret, and White House Black Market. Champs Sports, Foot Locker, JD Sports, and Zumiez anchor the athletic footwear and sportswear position. The centre’s position is the Route 1 corridor regional: an affluent central New Jersey catchment with no comparable enclosed regional mall between King of Prussia to the southwest and Woodbridge to the northeast.
Sit-down dining at the property includes KPOT and The Cheesecake Factory. Quick options include Asian Bento Cafe, Popeyes, Ruby Thai Kitchen and Sarku Japan.
