Rehovot’s catchment combines the city’s educated, middle to upper-middle income professional base, anchored by the Weizmann Institute of Science and Hebrew University’s agriculture faculty, with the surrounding agricultural and military catchments. This demographic profile has shaped the tenant mix toward family-oriented and premium-leaning brands rather than the deep-value tier that BIG centers target.

The mall houses two trading levels with a roster of international fashion chains, Israeli flagships across fashion, beauty, electronics, and home goods, a multi-screen cinema, and a substantial food court. Free parking supports the regional catchment, and direct access from Highway 4 and the Rehovot beltway makes the property reachable from the surrounding communities.

The Bilu Center Outlet, also operated by Melisron, sits a few kilometers south at the Bilu Junction interchange.
