Retail sites include over 200 fashion and lifestyle brand stores. There is a climate controlled underground parking, and an Indoor Playground. 

Market Mall has twenty-four restaurants in the food court and two full-service. Market Mall has over fourteen million visitors annually.

Market Mall one of Calgary’s largest malls has 83,658.3 m² of retail space and parking for over four thousand cars. Conveniently located in Varsity, a suburban neighbourhood in Calgary’s northwest quadrant, the mall is jointly owned  by Cadillac Fairview and Ivanhoe Cambridge, two of Canada’s largest real estate property managers and developers.

Market Mall opened in 1971 and has undergone major expansions in 1988 and 2004. A South wing, an underground parkade, a larger food court, and a complete renovation of the existing centre were done in 2004. The one-level figure eight racetrack layout facilitates access to anchors such as the newly opened Target store.
