About this mall

FACTORY is a chain of outlet malls managed by NEINVER, a Spanish capital group. Outlet centers are an alternative sales channel which renowned producers use to distribute production surplus, previous seasons’ stock, and samples. It enables a longer distribution cycle, as well as effective control over stock and a brand’s image.
The key to FACTORY’s success is a constant price reduction of 30% – 70%. Twice a year, at the time of clearance (mid-January to late February and mid-June to the end of july), prices plummet by up to 80%.
Krakow is Poland’s third largest city. Traditionally it has been one of the country’s main art and cultural centers.
This means that most people there love elegance, design and good taste. It is also one of the youngest cities in Poland. Sixty percent of the population is under 45. To meet their needs, FACTORY opened a new outlet center in Krakow, just 10 minutes’ drive from the city center. To satisfy their passion for fashion, they can find 103 shops featuring cutting-edge Polish brands and top international name brands in fashion.

The center is part of the FUTURA PARK Retail Park, which serves a catchment area of 2.8 million people. It is located in an area that draws millions of visitors.
Key tenants: Mango, Vero Moda, Desigual, Nike, Puma, Reebok, Levi’s, Wrangler, Ecco, Kazar, Calzedonia, Bytom and United Colors of Benetton.
Cafes, restaurants: Coffee Can, Coffee Haven, LODOMANIA, Factory, Olimp, SO!Coffee.
Entertainment zone: Kinder Planeta (playground).

The center is part of the FUTURA PARK Retail Park, which serves a catchment area of 2.8 million people. It is located in a field that draws millions of visitors. Just 10 minutes’ drive from the city center. You can get there by catching a free bus from Grunwaldzki Bridge (B-7) or Rondo Matecznego (I-5).

This complex is the first in Poland to obtain BREEAM Europe certification for sustainable design.
