Espace Saint Quentin an open air Shopping Center in Saint Quentin en Yvelines near Versailles, Paris. The shopping center combines a hypermarket, a shopping gallery with an outdoor leisure area and restaurants.
Acquired by Hammerson in 1994, the scheme is part of a larger mixed-use development including residential, offices, a hotel and a food court. Anchored by Carrefour, the centre was extended in 1999 and 2002. A 5,800m2 restructuring programme was completed in 2007.
The shopping centre has recently been completely renovated and benefits from regional accessibility including a 4,600 space car park.

A color code is applied to each space and operated throughout the customer journey: hot colors to bring light and warmth to the space, faded green to symbolize qualitative vegetation area shopping outdoors, and shades of blue for the shopping invigorating, peaceful and pleasant area that invites relaxation.
