Conveniently located near major highways in Dieppe, Champlain Place is a convenient shopping destination. In co-operation with adjacent Ramada Plaza Crystal Palace Hotel and Crystal Palace Amusement Park Champlain Place offers a complete vacation package for tourists visiting  New Brunswick.

Originally anchored by Sears, in 1974, Champlain Place was expanded to include grocery and large department stores. Champlain Place is now anchored by: Sears, Wal-Mart, Sobeys and Toys R US. There are also over 150 stores and services.
