Hipercor handles the daily-necessity anchor function; Primark, H&M, and the Inditex group cluster cover apparel volume; a curated cluster of Galician specialty retailers occupies the upper level, an unusual configuration for Spanish regional centres that reflects the strong Galician cultural identity. The Inditex concentration is notable: Galicia is Inditex’s home market, and As Cancelas operates one of the most comprehensive Inditex tenant clusters of any centre at this size class.

For Realia Business, As Cancelas represents the operator’s largest retail asset and clearest exposure to Galician retail demand. The property features in Realia’s investor reporting as a stable yield asset with structurally constrained competitive supply.
