Detskiy Mir is one of the oldest Russian brands, which now incorporates the market’s biggest retail network of stores for kids. Today, the Detsky Mir state concern includes over 200 stores in more than 100 Russian cities.
In December of 2013, the company has been developing a new concept of Detskiy Mir stores that was designed with an involvement of CampbellRigg British agency. The first store was opened in the MEGA Belaya Dacha shopping mall. The flagship store of the network in Moscow is opened in Voentorg trade center.
Detskiy Mir includes about 50,000 items of kids assortment: toys, clothing and shoes, goods for newborn babies, school supplies, art kits, active leisure products, car seats and furniture. The major shareholder of the company is AFK Sistema Ltd, the biggest public diversified holding company in Russia and CIS.
