The three floors dedicated to shopping will feature stores of world renowned fashion retailers: Mango, Terranova and Incity, Reserved, Tommy Hilfiger, Baldinini, as well as new to Novosibirsk brands: H&M, GAP, Michael Kors, etc.  

The new shopping and entertainment center will incorporate a unique concept of restaurants with panoramic views overlooking the town (4,500 sq m). The built-in parking for 1,430 cars will be located on the top floors of the building. 

Galereya Novosibirsk will be located in the very center of the city, occupying the block at the intersection of the following streets: Michurina, Gogolia, Lermontova and Kamenskaya. The total area of the facility will be equaled to over 125,000 sq m, 53,000 of which will go out for rent.

Аnchor tenants: Continent Vkusa fresh food supermarket (2,550 sq m), M.Video electronics and home appliance store (2,500 sq m), Hamleys kids toys store (1,500 sq m), as well as Luxor, the first multiscreen movie theater in Novosibirsk (4,500 sq m).
