OZ Mall SEC is a pilot project of AIM Property Development company, operating as a regional shopping mall.  Retail vendors’ target audience is middle class people.

OZ shopping mall lies on the major city highway, near residential area. SEC can serve over 250 thousand people who live within 15-minute trip distance from the mall.

Anchor tenants: O’key grocery hypermarket, Decathlon sporting goods hypermarket, OBI DIY hypermarket, Hoff furniture hypermarket, Formula Kino entertainment center and multiplex.

Entertainment: Formula Kino franchised 10-screen movie theater, entertainment center&bowling with 36 alleys, billiard (pool) and karaoke, “SKY ICE” 1,000 sq. meter ice rink, Minopolis kids entertainment center.
