A designer tier led by BOSS and Tory Burch sets the tenant mix at The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso apart from the volume outlet floor beneath it. Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Cole Haan, Brooks Brothers, Lacoste, 7 For All Mankind and Vineyard Vines extend the premium apparel and accessories offer, with Fossil, Invicta, Samsonite, Jared Vault and Pandora on watches, luggage and jewelry.
The center is owned in a joint venture between CBL Properties and Horizon Group Properties, and it sits at 7051 S. Desert Boulevard in Canutillo, on the northwest side of the El Paso metropolitan area rather than in the city proper. Sephora and Cosmetics Company Store give the property a standalone beauty layer separate from the apparel floor. Nike Factory Store, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour Factory House, Skechers, Converse, Vans, Steve Madden and Journeys hold footwear and athletic, and Gap Factory, Old Navy, Banana Republic Factory, Express Factory Outlet, Guess, H&M, Hollister, American Eagle and Aerie carry volume apparel.
Three tenants mark the local character of the roster. Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop and Grunt Style are regional and Americana concepts rather than national mall banners. Unique Soccer is a dedicated soccer retailer rather than a section inside a general sporting goods box. The operator’s own site carries a tourism section and a group tour registration page, which places visitor traffic in the center’s stated demand mix alongside local shoppers.
CBL publishes the operating figures for the property: 433,046 square feet, 96 stores, an estimated 3,564,354 annual visits in 2024 and a total trade area population of 567,696 on the same 2024 estimate. CBL also describes it as the only outlet shopping center in the area. Those figures are the joint venture’s own disclosure rather than a market read, and they are the numbers a brand would be underwriting against.
