A Clark International Airport check-in facility has operated inside the mall since March 2025, letting departing passengers drop bags before they reach the terminal. It follows from the site: Manuel A. Roxas Highway, Barangay Malabanias, inside the Clark Special Economic Zone.
The retail is one component of an estate rather than the whole asset, and the floor area shows it. The property held 101,840 square meters when it opened in May 2006 and 308,909 by June 2022, growth that came from a Park Inn by Radisson hotel, office towers let to business process outsourcing occupiers, the SMX Convention Center and a National University campus rather than from selling space alone. The catchment the shops trade against is therefore partly resident and partly a daytime population the estate itself generates.
Sport and outdoor runs deeper here than at the group’s other Luzon centers, and that depth follows from the mix above. Decathlon, The North Face, Quiksilver, Sportshouse, Chris Sports, Adidas, Nike, Skechers, Crocs, Regatta and spyder trade here, with Anytime Fitness and GNC Live Well extending the same demand into fitness and supplements. Grocery splits three ways across SM Hypermarket, 7 Eleven and Healthy Options, a pattern that reads as convenience buying by office and campus users rather than a single weekly shop. Electronics carries Samsung, OPPO, realme, vivo, HUAWEI, Cherry Mobile, Silicon Valley and Power Mac Center, and an IMAX screen operates in the cinema block.
