The mall is located in Rouen, Seine-Maritime (76) on the left bank of the Seine river. It is the most visited shopping center of Upper Normandy, with a wide range of shops and diverse recreation.
The Saint Sever shopping centre has recently been completely renovated by the designer Saguez&Partners. It features 100 shops and has the only hypermarket in the town centre, E Leclerc, and huge 6 hectare car park, with 1800 spaces. It also hosts entertainments and plenty events throughout the year.
