Managed and under 65% ownership of Simon Property Group, The Oxford Valley Mall is adjacent to Sesame Place amusement park near Langhorne, Pennsylvania. The two-story mall is anchored by: Sears, J.C. Penney, Macy’s with H&M as a minor department store. Since its renovation the food court occupies the second floor of the old Woolworth store. 

Other retail stores at The Oxford Valley Mall include: Spencer’s, and a Dell Direct kiosk. New additions expected soon are: Coach and Abercrombie and Fitch as well as the existing 150 specialty shops including: Banana Republic, Coach, Hollister, Teavana, New York & Company and Williams-Sonoma.
