Jordan Creek Town Center is the largest shopping complex in Iowa and the 23rd largest in the United States. Jordan Creek Town Center have a leasable area of 1,340,000 square feet. The two-level two-million-square-foot mall features a streetscape design highlighted by a three-acre lake surrounded by bike trails and a boardwalk with waterfront dining.
