Fashion Place Mall is a 1.14 million square foot super-regional center in Murray, Utah, operated by Brookfield Properties. Anchored by Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Dillard’s, the property serves as the dominant retail destination for the Salt Lake Valley and draws shoppers from across the Wasatch Front. As the largest enclosed mall in Utah, it holds an outsized role in the regional retail landscape.
The tenant mix combines premium fashion and specialty retail with a strong beauty, jewelry, and dining component. Several brands including Nordstrom, Crate & Barrel, The Container Store, and Zara have their only Utah locations here, making the property a genuine destination rather than a convenience stop. Utah’s demographic profile, characterized by high birth rates, a young population, and above-average household formation, sustains consistent demand across apparel, home, and lifestyle categories.
For expansion teams, Fashion Place is the primary entry point for brands targeting the Salt Lake metro market. Its anchor depth, exclusive brand presence, and Brookfield’s continued investment position it as a high-productivity A+ asset with reliable year-round traffic and strong cross-category performance.
Sit-down dining at the property includes Fogo de Chão, Brio Italian Grille, P.F. Chang's and The Cheesecake Factory. Quick options include Chick-fil-A, Jeeva's Greek Cafe, Panda Express, Sbarro and Shake Shack.
Other attractions at the property include The Escape Game, Immersive Gamebox and Sandbox VR.
