Boulevard le Carrefour and the Autoroute 15/440 interchange provide the primary vehicular access. The Montmorency Metro station provides the rapid transit connection to the Montreal network.
Cadillac Fairview manages Carrefour Laval as its Montreal-area anchor property distinct from the downtown market served by Montreal’s enclosed mall competitive set. The Metro connection primarily serves Laval residents commuting toward Montreal rather than drawing Montreal Island shoppers outward, though it does extend the mall’s practical catchment somewhat beyond the immediate Laval residential base.
