Expanding footprint in North America with two new locations.
Swiss sportswear brand On is accelerating its U.S. presence with a flagship debut in Chicago and its largest location to date in New York City. New flagship in New York’s Flatiron district The New York City store, located in the Flatiron district, spans 4,596 square feet in a 1930s landmark building. The design blends original architectural features, including columns and moldings, with Swiss-inspired modern aesthetics. Expansive windows provide street-level visibility, while interior accents of natural wood and neutral tones reflect the urban landscape. This flagship joins On’s other NYC stores in SoHo and Williamsburg. Chicago location pays homage to the city’s industrial heritage On’s new Chicago store, situated in the Rush Street district, covers 4,553 square feet and opened in time for the Chicago Marathon. With an industrial-inspired design, including an open gray ceiling, vibrant walls, and wood details, it celebrates the city’s unique architectural and bridge-building legacy. Stores will host community events and weekly Run Clubs Each flagship location offers the complete range of On products, from running and outdoor apparel to tennis and lifestyle footwear. To build local community connections, the stores will host weekly Run Club sessions, along with regular events, group runs, and sessions led by local partners and brand ambassadors. On doubles U.S. footprint in less than a year On has significantly expanded its retail presence across the U.S., more than doubling its store count within the past year. The Chicago and NYC openings follow On’s recent launch of its first store in Austin, Texas, last month.
