Shopping center near Boca Raton sold for $12m

Yvonne Boice has sold The Shoppes at Village Point  for $12.25m. The construction of the shopping center based at 6030S.W. 18th Street near Boca Raton was completed after Boice’s husband’s passing during 1986. 

It has grown to 85593 sq ft placed on seven acres, with tenants including the Slim Body Laser Spa, Boca Dance Studio, Aldo’s Cleaners, the Boca Raton Tribune and Outback Steakhouse.The center was sold by Boice’s Shoppes on 18th Street to Boca SVP LLC, which is an affiliate of Michael Janoura’s Joge Investments based in Tamarac. This is the same company which recently purchased a shopping center in Tamarac.
