The organization began as a shoe retailer and has since expanded their inventory to include clothing, handbags, jewelry, cosmetics, and accessories. Select Nordstrom stores also have a wedding and home furnishing departments. 271 stores are operating in 36 states, which includes 117 Full-Line stores and 151 Nordstrom Racks.
