Morski Park Handlowy will consist of three sections, where there will be large, open space stores, a shopping mall, a food court and offices to rent. Fashion House Outlet Centre which has been in existence since 2005 will become the part of the complex. Combining both outlet and traditional retail centre formulas will be the first such investment in northern Poland.

Morski Park Handlowy (MPH) will comprise three buildings, including the Fashion House Outlet Centre, which has existed since 2005, as well as a traditional retail park with large-sized stores, a shopping mall, office space, commercial-retail space and food and beverage outlets. The MPH complex will boast 50,000 m² of retail space and have its car park with room for around 1,500 vehicles. The project will be built in three stages. It is scheduled to get underway on 17 February 2010 and will be completed for use by Q2 2011.
