Between the joint-venture launch in March 2025 and the MAPIC 2026 catalog, Wilanów Park grew. Ceetrus and Apsys first announced a shopping center of 51,253 sqm with 166 units and a 2028 opening; their October 2026 catalog entry describes 64,000 sqm of GLA across three buildings, around 180 shops and an opening in 2029, with 20 percent of the space given to food and leisure.
The site is a seven-hectare plot at Przyczółkowa, Uprawna, aleja Rzeczypospolitej and Karuzela in Miasteczko Wilanów, one of Warsaw’s newest residential districts, close to the southern ring road. A 2.2-hectare public park sits at the center of the plan, and the partners count 2.8 million people within 30 minutes.
Auchan has been announced with a new store concept, and the program adds dining, services, leisure and a cinema. Nhood Poland Services runs development and leasing for the partners, who put the investment above 200 million euros, with BEG Ingénierie and SUD Polska on the buildings and RSAK on the park.
