Located in Portage, Michigan, The Crossroads Mall is anchored by: Macy’s, J.C. Penney, Sears, and Burlington Coat Factory. The Crossroads bills itself as the best shopping and dining in Kalamazoo. The 100 specialty stores which produce sales over $78 million in sales. The food court was renovated in 1999.  Owned and operated by General Growth Properties since 1999, The Crossroads Mall first opened in 1980. It was the first two-level mall in Michigan outside Detroit.

The mall features a thirty-six-foot double-decker Carousel, an Olga’s Kitchen, and a Celebration Cinema. This family-friendly facility offers free Wi-Fi, a charging station, scooter, wheelchair and stroller rental, a nursing lounge, family restrooms, and an ATM.
