The Mall at Tuttle Crossing changed hands in October 2023, when Namdar Realty Group, CH Capital Group and Mason Asset Management bought it from Simon Property Group for $19.5 million. The property had gone into receivership in 2020.
Four anchor positions were excluded from that sale: Macy’s, JCPenney, Scene 75 and the vacant former Sears box. The buyers took the inline mall in Dublin, on the north-west edge of the Columbus market, without any of them.
Since the 2023 sale, the inline mall has added uses outside the conventional national chain mix. Hilliard All American Travel Baseball occupies a youth baseball facility on the upper level, and Pawsome Pups and Toy Nation trade on the lower level.
That split ownership means anchor-space decisions and inline leasing sit with different property interests, constraining any larger repositioning of the site.
