Rockaway Townsquare serves Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties and Northeastern Pennsylvania. First opened in 1977, the mall has recently undergone a multimillion-dollar renovation including a completely remodeled food court. However, though Rockaway Townsquare has a new face, Stablitt 55, one of the five original sculptures by artist, Rita Blitt, still stands, on the corner near the three-store strip when you enter off the main road. The mall was purchased in 1995 by Simon Property Group.
This family-oriented shopping center, Rockaway Townsquare offers such kid-oriented retail options as: Children’s Place, Gymboree, Build A Bear Workshop,Stride Rite, and Toys “R” Us. There are over 180 specialty stores like: Aeropostale, Apple, Bare Minerals, Guess, Ann Taylor, Brookstone, Cache, Coach, Eddie Bauer, Forever 21, Francesca’s Collection, Godiva Chocolatier, Hollister, Pandora, and Swarovski.
