The defining asset at Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton is its address. It sits at Edmonton International Airport off the Queen Elizabeth II Highway, layering air-passenger and Leduc-corridor traffic on top of the metropolitan Edmonton catchment. Few outlet centers hold a captive travel-side audience of that kind.
The tenant mix works both audiences. Nike, Adidas, Under Armour and Columbia lead the athletic side, DSW and Marshalls provide off-price backfill, and the luxury-outlet register carries Coach, Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch and Kate Spade New York. Canadian retailers Browns, Bluenotes, Boathouse, Suzy Shier, Laura and Urban Planet supply the domestic weighting a regional shopper expects.
As an Ivanhoé Cambridge format, the center trades on access the enclosed west-side core cannot offer: highway-fed for the region, airport-fed for the traveler. That dual-source catchment is what separates it from a conventional metropolitan outlet, and it is why the roster balances domestic labels against travel-retail names.
